Seven Smart Habits To Stay Positive

Positiveness is the frequent experience of pleasant emotions. Some of the most common emotions are joy, hope, gratitude, interest, serenity, pride, amusement, love, inspiration, and awe. Anyone can switch from thinking negatively to positively, with a little effort and time. And it is worth it.

Positive Mindset:
Staying positive doesn't mean, you need to stay always positive irrespective of any given situation. It's really odd if someone dies, and you are laughing to reflect your positive mindset. Positivity means, thinking of positive aspects in every situation with its negative aspects side by side, tilting your mind slightly towards the positive one. Positivity makes us happier, while negativity makes us cautious and careful. Both of them have utilities. A wise brain considers both of them while taking a decision. Prepare yourself to think every possible thing, considering both positive and negative aspects for proper evaluation.

Breathing Happiness:
Considering today's busy life, it is kind of luxury if I say you to meditate for half an hour every morning (if you are able to do it, then that is the best one for you). In today's scenario, 10 long and deep breaths just after waking up, with your eyes closed, in a comfortable lying position will help you a lot. After this feel your head to be totally empty, which is easy to think as very less thought can occupy our headspace just after waking up. Now start thinking of your favorite things one by one. Food, color, gift, person, clothes anything you can think, but those must be your favorite. Enjoy thinking of that desirable stuff in your life. And that’s all. Now get up, and start your day.

Practice Gratitude:
Count your blessings. Start with Zero. Just think for a moment that you have nothing with you, except your body and soul. Now slowly add the family circle, social circle, career circle, finance circle, health, and security circle one by one, around you. Think of the stuff that belongs to the respective circle. All these things are your blessings, achieved by you and destiny's combined efforts. These all are resources that can have a useful contribution to your future. By recalling them periodically we can make them useful at the right time.

An Exclusive Me Time:
It is very important. Our understanding capability sometimes gets cloudy when we try to observe things too close or feel overwhelmed in a situation. To get a clear vision we need to maintain a reasonable distance from the related object. Similarly, for a proper evaluation of happiness or unhappiness, satisfaction or dissatisfaction, success or defeat, we need to look at our life being out of our life virtually. In a daily me time, you can have your favorite snacks, music, book anything that you love. Just relax, and ask yourself how is your life going on? If nothing good is happening, then evaluate how bad it is actually and how can you get out of that. Ask yourself, what is your dream? Where do you see yourself in five years from now? What do you aspire for? How can you reach your goal? Talk to yourself.

Get Your Mind Clutter-Free:
Start with basics. Think about what to focus, and what to ignore. Human brains have a limited capacity to store and recall facts and events. If you consider storing every possible thing without filtration and recalling them every now and then, it will be nearly impossible for you to stay fully functioned human for a long time. So, you must know, what to accept, and what to reject, to avoid unnecessary stress and anxiety. Just ask yourself a simple question if you get something to worry about. Is that particular thing replaceable or repairable? If yes, nothing to worry about, plan to get the replacement in the worst situation. If not, then it must be one of your priority. Accept your priorities and stick to them. Don't punish yourself with pointless worries involved with replaceable stuff.

Compare Differently:
Practice comparing yourself with ‘you’. We all become different with time. If we don't get a difference, we won't be able to become better. Improvement might be insignificant, but the progress report must be upward. Observe people, look for their good qualities, improve yourself by adding those into you. Read, learn, grow with time. it will never give you chances to compare yourself with anyone else. other than you yourself.

Friends with Smiles:
Try to be around positive people, and avoid the negative crowd. Positive people will let you learn to live your life happily. Negative people spread negativity in you, while positive one will make you stress-free and happy. In case you are forced to live some of your time with negative minded people, remember to keep interactions minimum. Never ever discuss your life goal, achievement, and good things with the negative minded people. They will only discourage you making you feel hopeless, adding nothing.

What else, you are all set to live your second life, Enjoy it fully!!
